Return & Exchange Policy – UAE
We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your Fragrance d' Oasis purchase. However, due to the nature of perfume products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
This policy complies with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and Dubai Municipality guidelines for cosmetics and perfumes.
1. Returns
Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- The perfume bottle or packaging arrived damaged;
- You received the wrong item; or
- The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.
Please note:
- Perfume bottles that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.
- The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@fodubai.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, include clear photos or videos of the defect or damage, and describe the issue.
- Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number if eligible, along with pickup or return instructions.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Fragrance d' Oasis will cover the return shipping or arrange pickup.
- Returns for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, scent preference) are not accepted.
Inspection & Refund
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 6 UAE business days.
- Original delivery or cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Perfume bottles that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
- Products not in their original sealed packaging.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Any product not reported within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Warranty
- Fragrance d' Oasis perfumes are manufactured and quality-tested in the UAE.
- In rare cases of manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty atomizer, leakage), a replacement will be provided after inspection.
- This warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, storage near heat or sunlight, or misuse after delivery.
4. Legal
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, ensuring your rights as a consumer are protected under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020.
